stuck at -33

Well I'm still stuck at -33 pds, was actually up a couple of pds last week, and before that i was down a total of -34 pds - rather discouraging but I am hopeful that things will start to move once I get my fill on Thurs.

I can eat anything I want to so far- maybe I shouldn't have done that, but I wanted to see and so far so good - but maybe thats not so good either!

More later.
