What was I THINKING?????

After my first day back at bootcamp, I woke up SO sore. Everything from the neck down feels every ache. WOW, this is yet another reminder why I should always strive to stay on task with my workouts. Good thing it's only twice a week. I need to get more cardio in at the gym before I attend the next camp. It's not fun being out of breath. 2nd day is always worse so I can just imagine what tomorrow holds in store for me. I'll let y'all know manana.
