Hi....If you are not suppose to drink water for at least an hour after eating....how do you take pills that you are not suppose to take on an empty stomach? I have been taking the pills with just a sip of water after I eat....is that okay or ?

    do you swallow your pills? I thought you are suppose to crush them after the lapband?
