LAP-BAND Patients

I am scheduled for surgery June 11th. It appears everyone is happy they did this. What is the toughest struggle?

LAP-BAND Patients

its a whole different way of living...counting calories...exercising...mentally feeling different about food...not using food 4 pleasure or pain...getting fit..the lap band itself is not a quick fix...its just a tool...1 that i love!!!!!!! no regrets at all...but be mentally prepared to change ur outlook on food and exercise.....
