Orientation

Hi,

I'm scheduled for my Orientation at the Kaiser in Richmond on April 7. Does anyone know how Orientation usually works. For example how long it takes and how do they weigh you? Do they tell you how much weight you have to lose before surgery and what questioners do you have to file out.
