No bread for me

OMG i tried to have some bread yesterday, it just about got stuck, and it hurt, hurt. Not going to try that again. I was curious, so I had my burger on bread, cut it in half, tried to chew good, but it was not to happen. I have not tried pizza, so think that is not going to happen either.

have not gained, but have not lost either. Still stuck at 213, good but wish I could just get down 3 more pounds.

Oh man! I could live on bread and chocolate...I think it's the only diet I've never tried. My NUT says if the bread is dry/toasted it usually works better as it breaks up more than a soft gummy ball (Am I the only one who as a kids balled up a slice of white bread to eat? It's like eating play-doh...did that too). Good luck with the 3 #! -BG
