3 months post op

Hello everyone 3 months banded have losed about 35 lbs and seem to be at a low point have not losed anything in 3 weeks:cursing:

I just got a fill 2weeks ago and still can eat anything, ive noticed ive been slowing progressing over 4oz at a time and an worried about streaching my band. any sugestions how common is this or is it?

I'm being banded on March 25th. What kind of band did you get? Sounds like you've done great so far... you've got 35 pds behind you! Congrats on that!!!

Sometimes it can take several fills to feel much. Make sure you are eating your solid protein first and keep doing what you are doing until you can get in for another fill. Keep bread, potatoes, rice and pasta out of your diet to cut down on cravings. Sweets too. At least until you have some restriction. Get to the gym and keep track of everything you eat. It has been 2 weeks....how long till the next one.

You are dong great so far!

ldeere2005 I have realize band and love it i work in the medical field and just loves the flexabilityof the band to me it was softer and the port is flat.. Good luck

julie.ann thanks for the advise my next fill will be in March 19 under flouroscopy to make sure I have not streached my pouch...Lets hope not. i know in the back of my mind i'm doing well, but sometimes i need a little boot form some one whos not in my picture.. Thanks again
