My Journey Begins

My journey began four days ago when I had the Realize Band put in. It was a bumpy road getting to the approval stage but after a year, I was approved and then things started moving fast. The two week liquid diet before surgery was not easy but I lost 15 pounds before surgery so that was nice.

I am still in the recovery mode but every day is better. I was thinking I would be up running around 3 days later. :drum:

I am committed to making this lifestyle change and am excited to read all of the success stories on this website. :rolleyes:
