I worry..

Sometimes I worry that I will let the people down around me after having this surgery. The first 50 pounds came off fast, but now it's starting to come off slower. Even though I do exactly what my doctor says, I worry that the weight loss is going to stop and I'll be back to square one. I just really hope this works like they told me it will work.

Eagle,

You do not owe anything to anyone else but yourself. You had the surgery, you live with the band, no on else does that for you. Slow weight loss is permanent weight loss. I would speak with your surgeon about your concerns, maybe you just need a fill, or maybe some classes with a dietitian to help with your diet. Remember live for yourself not the people around you.
