    I'm so sorry to hear that you have lost a wonderful friend...I have been in the place you are at right now and there is nothing anyone can say to make that emptiness go away.....maybe a 'casual' walk would do your heart good right now....exercise does help with stress and maybe that will take some of your heartache away for the moment anyhow - again, hugs to you during this difficult time.
