Just learning

I have had my band about 2 months and am adjusting to the decreasing amount of food. I am looking for interesting things to cook.

I have seen Kimsbanded site and have been encouraged to keep monthly pics of my progress. I have lost 10 kg of my 120kg so there is a little difference in my phots. I am looking forward to being really noticed.

My daughter has lost 53kg and she looks radically different, she is such an inspiration!
