acid reflux

I had my lap band surgery 20 months ago and have gone from 236 to 169. I have had problems from about the 7th month till present with acid reflux. I have 0 cc's of fluid in my band, I have the one that takes 4cc's, so I guess it is the older model. Does anyone else have excessive reflux and what have you done about it? I cant take Prilosec, prevacid did not work that good either. Now I just take pepcid a/c and lots of tums. I wish i could have this replaced with the newer model, but I am a self pay and my insurance probably wont pay. Cant afford another surgery. help
