Feeling Good

Hello to you all, I am new to the site. I had lap band surgery 3 weeks ago today (YEAH) I have been feeling absolutely wonderful and lost 14lbs in my first two weeks. However, I have just started to experience light headedness, can anyone solve this mystery for me?

Thank you,

Debbie

Hmm...I don't know about that but I wish I did. I am not banded yet - actually just starting on the 6 month diet tonight - but physical discomfort from hunger is a big fear of mine! I hope you find out what's doing that!

How do you feel though? Are you restricted? Hungry? Gnawing off your arm hungry or normal hungry? Back to work yet???

Are you getting enough calories and fluids? Dehydration can cause dizziness, but call your Dr. Are you still on mushies or reg. food now? Also not banded, so if you don't get a bander answer here I'd suggest you post a question in the post-op forum. 14 lbs. in 2 weeks Wow!
