Going in Reverse

I am now 30 day's Post-Opp and going for my first fill in two days. I went from 249 sept 24th Pre-Opp to 239 on Surgery day.

I went 2 weeks on liquids then mushies1 week then real food, Very little, I got to 223 and daily weight varries between 225 and 228. I document everything I eat for the nutrisionest. Is this normal or is something wrong? I'm getting afraid to eat.

it is VERY normal to gain after you go off liquids. Some people gain their until their first 2 fills. So don't get discouraged, hang in there and stick to the plan, you will succeed.

LAP-BAND Patients

Well, today 9 months and 7 day's after I was banded I hit my Goal. I had a 1 year goal to loose 50 lbs. I went from 249 to today 199 thank you JESUS. I have more weight to loose but being patient and realistic is what it takes.
