Well, I'm mad at myself. I blew it at the fair, I blew it Friday night (just a little), I blew it Saturday and I blew it Sunday!

My weight showed it too!

I've got to stay focussed all week and have ZERO cheat days!

Wt - 173.3 - this is up 1 1/2 pounds!

I did get up and exercise this morning! Yay!
