Well, I have less than a week before my surgery date. I am so excited. It seems like I have been waiting forever for this surgery. I am excited to be healthy again. I am looking forward to being able to run and bike with my husband and go on hikes and play on the swings and slides with my little boy. I am looking forward to going to DisneyLand or DisneyWorld and fitting in all the rides.

 

There is so much to do to get ready. I've been making a list of all the things I need to have on hand for when I get back home from the hospital. Reading some of the posts here has given me really good ideas of what I will need.

 

I'm glad to be a part of this site and can't wait until Wednesday!
