Going through the steps

I am going through my six month diet right now. I will be having my surgery in December. I do not have a date as of yet, but that is fine. At least I have a month to look forward to.

The pre-Op diet says to stay away from breads etc.. but it has been stressed that I am to stay under 40 grams of carbs a day. So, I think I will call the Dr. today and ask them if I can continue to have the bread etc.... as long as I keep track of the carbs and make sure that are always under 40 grams a day.

In the mean time, I am guessing at some point while on the diet, I will have my upper Endoscopy done and my blood work done. I am glad those are the only two things left for me to do, besides see my Dr. one last final time for the surgery date etc..

God Bless,

Bleste
