Followers I've ordered a sample pack of Unjury and a new scale! I've also been sampling protein drinks. So far, the Atkins tasted "watery" but the EAS carb advantage was pretty good and filling. I'm so excited!

Lopez1978 LAP-BAND Patients September 19, 200817 yr Author stats I am not banded yet but been trying the preop liquid diet just to see if I could do it and have found that the EAS carb Advantage is the best shake out there.
ccfnp LAP-BAND Patients September 20, 200817 yr Author stats Hi. am looking for support. I am a family nurse practitioner who has been overweight for 12 years now. I was looking at gastric bypass, but got scared. I have a BMI of 35, just meeting criteria with the comorbidities to make me a candidate for banding. Unfortunately, my insurance is requiring a 6 month program of diet and exercise. this means 80 miles round trip three times per week for 6 months. Attended the seminar last wed and am waiting for an appointment to get everything started. I need help making it through to January, when my 6 months is up. Any encouragement out there????
