Waiting on Approval!

I just joined today, so I am really new at all this stuff. I have started my Lap Band Journey, have been through my Nutritionist and Psycologist appointment, received my referrel letter from my family physician, and now am waiting on my approval from the insurance company. I have Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in SC, and was wondering if anyone else has this same insurance and if they could tell me if the approval goes fast? I am 33 years old 5'7" and 233 lbs and my BMI is 37 any chance? Look forward to the replies.
