I was approved on 7/21 and I am now waiting for my date for surgery. The doc's office will not schedule me until they have the letter from UHC:frown::) So more waiting but at least I am approved.:):frown:

It took about 8 business days for me to get my letter from UHC after I found out I was approved - I was calling every day! My doctor's office actually called UHC and had them fax over something or took something over the phone in order to schedule me before they had the letter. You may ask them if they'll do that for you.

Thanks! My doc's office will not schedule without having recieved the letter. I am going to wait and call on Monday and see if they have gotten it. If not I am going to act a professional foool, to have someone get something done! LOL!
