LAP-BAND Patients

Follow what you Dr tells you first and foremost.

Get all your questions answered.

Stick to the pre-op diet.

Start not drinking with your meals.

Start an exercise program, even if it is walking 3 days a week for 15 minutes.

Get your support system in place before the surgery. (Babysitters, support group, walking buddy, protein source)

The band will change your life, but don't wait until you get the band to start changing your life.

Good Luck!
