Tomorrow is my day...I can't wait. I've gone thru the I can do this without surgery talk with myself and know that without the surgery I would just lose weight, like in the past and regain it again. I'm so happy to know that I will always have this little tool with me to help me keep my weight in line. It has been a rough 6 months but I have finally arrived. And arrived 40 pounds lighter,I might add!. I'm am so happy that I have followed everything I've been told to do. Now for an uneventful surgery and a quick recovery!
