Frustration.

Ok. Here it goes let me explain my dilemia. I stuck at 190 lbs. I mean stuck. And it is really pissing me off. I have a body bugg, I track all my food to a tee and exsercise daily. I always have a deficet of at least 1300 and I did not lose a pound this week in really bothers me. I have yet to have a fill but it scares me that I am only eating like 850 calories a day, exerscing for at least 30 minutes of the elliptical trainer and I still don't see a loss. Very frustrating.

Sometimes your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to your stored energy. Try switching up your exercise routine. Pump some iron. Go for a walk with bursts of jogging.

It is but a plateau, mind over matter!
