Wednesday's plan

Wednesday, March 29, 2006

It's still Tuesday. I'm going to try something different. I am going to plan my meals for tomorrow. I'll then enter what I actually ate and see if how closely I stuck to my plan.

Breakfast: nothing, cup juice

Lunch: 2-3 bites meat, 2 portions vegetables, can soda

Dinner: meat, vegetables
