pre-op

Will I .... or.....Will I not! That is the question.

I have tried everything, diets, starving, grapefruit, exercise.....and now the lapband.

It's very frightening to me.....only because this is a lot of money. My insurance won't pay for it.....so therefore, I have to take out an equity loan on my house. What if it doesn't work, what if it fails and it has to be taken out.....all that money....down the tube. Very very scary.

But, on the otherhand, what if I don't get the lapband. I have Diabetes, insulin user. I'm already at 70 units of Lantus daily, and rapid is mostly 15 unit a couple times a day.....I have arthritis of the knees, my heart is slightly enlarged.....

All of this is scary too.
