5 more lbs. gone

July 19, 2007

Wow, today has been an awesome day. I weighed in today and have lost another 5 lbs. I start solids tomorrow, so I imagine the weight loss will slow down. I really hope not. I am a little nervous about what to eat, but I am definitely going to continue to make good, healthy food choices. I really need to start exercising more as well. So I am now 210 lbs. from 226, and I am feeling pretty great. Let's hope the weight loss continues.
