I'm back on the wagon

Well holding on for the ride. I'm still battling with food choices everyday and it's so hard.

 

I'm pretty tight so even if it's a bad choice there isn't much of it I can get down.

 

I'm down to 187.5 on my scale which is roughly 2 pounds more than the surgeons so I'm almost done with the damage I did in the last few months.
