3/6/07 update

I haven't posted my menu lately, just too busy to even get online. My husband is doing a cleanse, so I decided I would do it with him. So I started it yesterday, is completely liquids, no food.

I have my first fill today, I'm so excited. My doctor requires liquids for 5 days after a fill, so I thought it would be a good time to do my cleanse. I'm hoping to lose a little weight with the cleanse too!

I will post later about my fill experience.

I did make it to the gym 5 times last week! I am happy with that. Still working on getting up in the AM and so far, just can't do it.
