if they are metal....yes.....if you wear plastic they won't make you! I have stretched ears and I wore plastic the day of surgery and they didn't make me take them out!

Yes, nothing can be on your body but your clothes. They will ask you over and over if you are wearing anything.

I have dermals so , um they don't come out.. i wonder how they will handle that? i also am perc'd head to toe to say the least..

I as well am piercied from head to toe and they all have to come out even if they are plastic. It may just be the personal choice of ur surgeon but mine has warned me that if I don't remove them the ones I can hide they will be removed once I'm alseep.
