Gastric Sleeve Patients

I gave up alcohol entirely because of the empty calories.

I had a couple glasses of wine about 6 weeks out. I've had a couple more in the last 7 months. I try to avoid it because of the empty calories and it always causes me to stall.

"When to start drinking alcohol?"

It's not mandatory that you start drinking. :-) But I would advise you to start immediately before the surgeon starts cutting! I know it made me feel less tense. :-P

almost 6 months out and haven't touched it. I can't imagine drinking it because of the way I think it will make me feel. Too scared to do it. I don't like the uncomfortable feeling or feelings of acid reflux.
