Getting Ready For Surgery

getting ready for surgery on Monday, two days until everything changes. I'm actually really scared and hoping I'm making the right choice. The posts have really helped me look beyond short term to what my new life could be. Excited to start my journey. I believe!

You will do great and believe me it is bearable. I barely had any pain besides the gas pain. Bring Gas X and walk early and often. Use the breathing machine often. I have already lost 27 pounds and it has only been 2 and a half weeks. Already getting compliments and clothes are too big. Good luck.

Gastric Sleeve Patients

Im 4 weeks out myself and feel nervous. I've asked my sister to come home and she then told our middle sister so they are coming home. So this will be a family adventure.

We all struggle to loose weight but are not successful. This process it a choice I know is right for me.

Continued success to everyone on their journey.
