I had my surgery a week after you and am already on a blended diet I think they call it. I started it the second week and it has been much better. I love that I can have a scrambled egg. It has really helped. I have a different diet plans as I do not use protein drinks at all which at times makes it harder.

That will be the last time you need to do that!!! One step at a time!! It does get better. But ...I still am having problems getting sick at times. I know it won't last forever. Some days I can eat eggs, and others not. I may eat something one day and I do fine and the next time, I have problems. Getting better at judging when to stop. It's a learning experience for sure!!!

I did clears for three days post op then full liquids for one week and am now on my three weeks of pureed or blended diet. This past isn't too back as I can have cottage cheese, yogart, blended meats. I also look forward to a regular diet in about nine days...but who's counting? :)
