Liquid Diet starts today!!! Totally Nervous. I'm just happy that I do really love the premier protein shakes. I'm going to have to keep myself busy. That is all. I just needed to vent.

I'm on my second week of it and I feel greatI I've had tons of energy which is surprising. I've been keeping myself busy working out! I love the shakes too. It's almost liberating not to have to think about what to eat! Good luck!!

Just think, you're on your way! The journey is beginning!

I went hiking with my husband this past weekend, and as I huffed and puffed (and cheated a little having my big energetic dog kinda pull me up the inclines lol) . I thought of you and of how you said you're looking forward to going hiking when you've lost some weight. OMG I totally agree! I really look forward to really enjoying a good hike!

You'll be doing that before you know it :D
