I see the surgeon tomorrow. It will be 1 month after my 1 week post op visit. While I was with my trainer today I had him measure my fat percentage. I am down to 45% from 48.6 last year :) I can't wait until I am under 40 BMI. Good luck to everyone and happy new year!
