Weighing In

I weighed myself again today just for the fun of it... NOT a good idea. I gained a pound and now today I want to eat anything and everything.... of course I'm not doing that, but I WANT TO! I'm trying not to get down about "gaining." I hope it disappears and takes some more weight with it!

I'm still trying to exercise more, but am having a hard time just making myself do it. I don't know what my problem is... Any recommendations to get my butt in gear?!

Gastric Sleeve Patients

Just do it!!!! I fight with myself everyday and I haven't been sleeved yet. It's a must, you haven't come this far for nothing, push yourself even but take baby steps, even if its something as simple as walking an extra 5-10 minutes or doing another set of reps. Your worth it so do it:)

BTW, I'm sleeping in tomorrow bc I'm tired, jk, lol:)

I am in the same boat. I gained a pound. This was a wake up call for me. I haven't excercised since I was sleeved on 6/27. So this is what I did. My daughter is a runner so I asked her to sign me up for a 5K run. So I have started training for that. The run is at the end of January. So I have 8 weeks to get ready. I am using a program called "couch to 5K" it helps you to ease your way into being prepared to run the 5K in 9 weeks. This has really motivated me. I hope this helps.
