Pre-Op

So today is day 9 on the pre-op diet. I have my ups and downs, today I feel fatigued and kinda sick to my stomach. I know it's just my body getting rid of all the junk. I am doing well with it though. I was so nervous that I wouldn't be able to stick with it but I have done awesome. Surgery is one week from today. Wow it's coming so fast. I'm so excited to just get started with this new chapter in my life. Ready for change !!!!!!!! Just trying to be optimistic and think about the results and not so much of the actually surgery.

you made it to the halfway point!!!good for you....i too had to do the 2 week liquid diet and it is not easy!!!!!!!!mentally, physically and emotionally.im a week post op and lost 10 pounds, feeling better each day!after going through the surgery the 2 week liquid diet is setting you up for success.keep it up,hang in there.i suggest on days when you dont feell positive to do something for your future self post op...for example,i created a cork-board in which i entitled "thinspiration" where i posted pictures of myself, quotes and recipes for post op!also,i wrote a letter from the fat tracey to the future tracey....stating all the things i cant wait to do once i lose weight!

the 2 week liquid diet is worth it,keep at it you got this!!!
