protein! but not too much because everyone on here says your tastebuds will change post-op. All of your vitamins and supplements, gas-x strips, sf drink mix for all your water (they make some good ones w stevia). I am using my pre-op liquid diet (I'm on day 3) to try diff types of protein. I know there are SO many other things but thats a short list!

buy some chicken broth or soups and drain them for the liquid. I bought a can colander. I also bought a blender in a bottle which I use daily to mix my protein shake with milk. Those are the two most important investments to date and I am nine days out.
