Today I am having a bad day. I wonder if what I done was the right thing to do. I have only lost 10 pounds since having the surgery. It has now been one month and 20 days. What was I thinking?:scared:

    can anyone tell me, i am a little over a month from getting my band i am losingbut i have been eating pretty much a regular just chewing and watching the protein. is my bnd healed up enough to be eating regular so soon due for a 1st fill monday
