Advice Please.

I received my call from the doctor's office today concerning my requirements for surgery. I have to have 6 months of dr supervised diet program. I have to have a nut eval and a psych eval.

I already have my first appointment set up for June 5 with my pcp for the beginning of the supervised diet. That will make Dec 5 my 6 month mark.

At what point should I go for the psych eval? What is it like and how many times do I have to go for it to be over? Does it only take one visit to complete a psych eval?
