Fired Endocrinologist last wed. She was a total bitch to me and told me I was fooling myself. When I told her I had the band and not losing as fast as I feel I should and asked if she was open to med changes- she said I told you it wouldnt work. She told me didnt matter lo carb or not cal=cal. Then criticized my exercise time of day and lack of low enough carbs. Told her you just said cal=cal doesnt matter or does it?

BGF changed my thryroid meds to synthroid and cytomel, back on low carb, stopped effexor 1month or so.

lost 3ish pounds this week so Ill take it!!
