Scale Is Stuck!

For all you post-ops out there I noticed the scale has stopped moving for me. I am concerned, I was sleeved on 4/2 and has only lost a total of 25lbs. Has anyone had this problem? I am trying to figure out a way to get the scale moving again.

The best way to get the scale moving is diet, exercise, and patience. Nearly all of us hit the three week stall (give or take a week). Believe me, you have no where to go from here but down. :-)

I was sleeved 3/28 and I just reached 25 lbs this week. I haven't hit a stall - I've managed to lose every week - but not in any "large" amounts. I think you are doing fine :)

Calm down, we all hit the stall at 3 weeks and then again at 3 months. Its normal trust me the weight will start rolling off once it gets started again. I am almost 9 months out and I stepped on the scale today and I am actually 10lbs under my goal weight, a place I never thought was possible. Keep your head up it will get better.

I just spoke to my surgeon on Wed, I'm at week 4 and also stalled but I did lose 30lbs! He said the first 1-2mos you can stall but after that with proper diet and exercise the weight will begin to fall again. He encouraged lots of exercise with gradual increase, going to get back with Zumba and see how it goes!
