I got my date today February 6th at 0800 am. I can't wait. I will probably have to quit my job. I don't have any vacation or sick. My boss said unless I can get FMLA approve before the surgery I will have to quit or reschedule my surgery. I'm not rescheduling I have waited to long. I would rather quit a job I don't like then reschedule for them.
