Greetings from Australia

9 Weeks ago i had my Lap band removed and in 12 Days will have Sleeve surgery. Started pre op diet and currently Weigh a hefty 111 kg. My lowest after lapband was 79kg then all went wrong. So Here is go again..... i will never give up till i get this right. I look forward to chatting to fellow members about there experiences
