Oh Beef, Where Art Thou?

I'm anxious to get back to beef. I miss eating steak. I know a big reason that beef is a later food is because its harder to digest, however, because i eat my beef/bison/venison pittsburgh rare, It does digest much easier. BUT I'm following instructions - Its just hard to live on chicken alone!

I'm a carnivore, dangit! haha

Looking forward to that sirloin :)

I totally feel ya on that. My last meal before the start of my liquid diet was a way too big rib eye. I live in beef country and it was a fresh cut from the local meat shop not the supermarket. I had them cut it about an inch and a half thick. I grilled it on my back patio for just a few minutes on each side. Man was it tender and juicy. Yeah, I'm gonna eat one again. Or, atleast a piece of one.

Yeah - my family grows its own beef - I'm used to the good stuff :)

I can't wait to actually have some venison tenderloin. That's what I'm truly craving :)

I grew up on wild game - pretty much exclusively, until we started raising cattle.

I can't wait to get back to it :)
