Iiiiiitchy!

So the area around my incisions itch - not the incisions themselves, but the areas that still have tape residue that I can't seem to get off. This is just plain torture lol. A little gold bond and I think I'll be ok :)

I had a rash from my chest to my thighs after surgery - Dr. put me on a steriod and told me to use Eucherin claming itch cream- all is well now but it was tough for a week!

I had some itching around my incision sites also. But it went away quickly. I have diffiiculties with my scalp. It itches like crazy after I have it dyied. I had so much gray I couldn't wait any longer. My hair dresser told me to use Nioxin because it has alot of vitamins and stuff. But it still itches. I'm still losing alot of hair, but new hair is also coming in. ;)

@dorrie - do you have an allergy to medical tape glue? Sounds like you might!

I had a couple areas that the tape pinched the skin and I got a couple of superficial blisters and those are healing and that's what REALLY itched. Everything's good now. If that's my biggest "complication" throughout all this....I'll take it! :)

I rash out every dose of Amox and most other antibiotics, I just keep up with it with hydro peroxide.
