Any suggestions?

Hi everyone I'm new. I had my surgery last friday the 18th and though I'm glad I did it its a struggle. I have recently been feeling tired and run down. I can't get all my protien and luquids in and I think that seriously contributes to my sluggish nature. If anyone has a suggestions or has been through this to please comment with you experience.

Keep drinking and don't worry about the protein. I took an afternoon nap everyday for two weeks after surgery and a couple during the 3rd week as well. It took about 3 weeks to get all the water and protein in and about 4 until I felt like I had some energy.

Take it easy, you had major surgery and your body is adjusting and healing. You will do fine, just give it time.
