Surgery Date Scheduled!

I was so excited this week to finally get my surgery date set. I've been feeling really positive about the whole process, and I really liked Dr. Yadegar when we met a few weeks ago.

So my surgery is scheduled for Monday, November 29 in Lancaster. That's right, I will have surgery the Monday following Thanksgiving!!! It would have been nice to have it before Thanksgiving so I wouldn't be so tempted with everything, but then I couldn't enjoy any turkey. Everything happens for a reason.

I have to attend a 4 hour pre-op class and have a final pre-op appointment and then I'm set to go. I'm excited and nervous at the same time, but I know it's the right decision and I will be happy.

I'm getting closer!!!
