LESSFLUFFYZ LAP-BAND Patients August 1, 201015 yr Author stats If you are ok with fluids drink as much as you can as often as you can. The first couple of weeks you must focus on hydrations. Protein will come in time at least that's what my MD told me at about week 2 he had me start to focus on protein. Hope this helps hang in there I'm drinking as i blog this. I still have trouble with my protein, but i get in my fluids. Love crystal lite, but i use one pack to a liter of water just enough flavor to keep me drinking but not too sweet. I'm six weeks out sleeved on the 21st of June. I lost about 16 lbs since surgery:001_unsure: not as much as most but still better off than on:001_tongue:
