Pre-op week one
I've just completed week one of my 14 day pre-op diet.
I did really well I WAS never hungry, which I was suprised about. I thought I was going to want to eat any and everything and couldn't do it but it was a breeze.
My trip to Chicago this weekend was great I shopped all day on my son of course.
I'm going to take sometime this week to reflect on alot of things mainly saying goodbye to my outside appearance and starting to welcome my new self.
I'm going to post my comparision pre-op pictures the night before surgery.
