OK I have a fill....yesterday I ate a piece of pizza..chewed it well...my fear of stuckness must of had a holiday....back to band eating...I have gained 3 lbs...

starting 1 month before sleeve gonna log my food into Sparkpeople to get in the groove for the first 6 months w/sleeve then NO MORE..so sick of obsessing about food!!!!!
